1. Timeframe for Requests

We accept cancellation or modification requests within 6 hours of a successful purchase. After this 6-hour window, we cannot accept any requests as your order may have already entered the fulfillment process. Our fast processing time is to ensure you receive your products as soon as possible, so early notification is very important.

2. How to Submit a Request

  • Your specific request (e.g., "I would like to cancel my entire order" or "I would like to change the shirt size from M to L").

3. Accepted Modifications

Within the 6-hour window, you can request the following changes:

  • Modification of the shipping address.
  • Changes to the size, color, or other variations of the selected product.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved within the specified timeframe, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow approximately two business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Requests After the 6-Hour Window

If you wish to make a change after the 6-hour window has passed, you will need to wait until you receive the product and then follow the procedure outlined in our Refund and Returns Policy.
