Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

3. How to Start a Return

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The refund will include the product price and the original shipping cost. The process will be completed within approximately two business days.

a. Sale Items

Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

b. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@jerseyteam.shop.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, you must email us at support@jerseyteam.shop within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs for an exchange and the shipping costs for the new replacement product will be covered by us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
