1. Order Processing and Delivery Timeline
a. Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
b. Processing and Shipping Times
The total time to receive your order includes the processing and shipping timeframes below:
- Processing Time: It takes 3-5 business days for us to prepare, pack, and ship your order.
- Shipping Time: After processing, transit typically takes 7-15 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 10 to 20 business days.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary slightly due to customs clearance, local postal delays, or other unforeseen factors.
2. Shipping Rates, Destinations & Method
a. Shipping Cost & Method
We offer Standard Shipping for all orders with a flat fee of $6.49.
b. Shipping Destinations
We currently only deliver to addresses in Australia, the United States, and Canada.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can use this number to track your order’s progress at any time.
4. Responsibility for Accurate Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered orders due to incorrect information provided by the customer. If you find an error in your address after ordering, please refer to our Cancellation and Modification Policy.
5. Shipment Issues
a. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos for timely assistance.
b. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery timeframe has passed, please contact us for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to find a solution.
