Return and Refund Policy
At JerseyTeam, we pride ourselves on the quality of our metal wall art. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to assist you.
Our Return Policy lasts 30 days starting from the day your order is delivered to your address. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during return transit.
- Customized or personalized metal signs are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us First: Do not send your purchase back without contacting us. Please email our support team at support@jerseyteam.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
- Ship It: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
We believe in a fair policy regarding shipping fees:
- Defective/Damaged/Wrong Item: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a bent sign, wrong design, or manufacturing defect), JerseyTeam will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or simply don't like it, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Restocking Fees
We want to keep things simple for you.
- No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns that are processed within the 30-day window and returned in original condition.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility (typically within 2-3 business days of receipt), we will notify you via email.
- If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 business days.
- If rejected: If the item arrives damaged due to poor packaging by the customer, or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to deny the refund or offer a partial refund.
6. Damaged Items (Upon Arrival)
Metal art is durable, but shipping can be tough. Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives damaged (bent, scratched, etc.), please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at support@jerseyteam.shop with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund immediately.
